Part of the Lost & Found Collection, the Aunt Suzy Quilt is a grandmother’s flower garden quilt full of scrappy fabrics in a variety of colors and prints. She is absolutely stunning and homey, all rolled up in one quilt. The top was completely hand sewn with 3/4” hexagons with yellow centers, surrounded by a variety of solids and prints. The backing features a light green fabric. The edges are points on two sides, straight on two, bound with a Liberty of London print, hand finished on the back. If you miss your chance to take Aunt Suzy home, I hope her perfect mix of colors and the pieced border inspire your next quilts.

Backing: New fabric and batting, 100% cotton.

Excellent.

Imperfections: Faint bleeding from two red hexagon flowers, lightly visible on the front and back. Every Vintage Quilt in our shop is well-preserved but imperfect due to age and history, viewing these flaws as part of their unique story.
